Application Requisites:
Admission is open
only to non-Chinese citizens who are in good health.
Educational background and age limit:
For
Mater Degree Applicants:
Applicants should
be under the age of 35 years old with a bachelor certificate.
For
PhD Degree Applicants:
Applicants should
be under the age of 40 years old with a master certificate.
Academic Requirements:
Academic scores
(CGPA) must be top70%;
Language Requirements:
Provide the
English proficiency certificate, or have the IELTS score 5.5 above or TOEFL
score 68 above;

Required application documents:
(1) Application Form
for Foreigners wishing to study in IWHR with signature and date;
(2) Copy of passport
information page, and last visa page;
(3) Highest record of
study: school official transcript and graduation certificate;
Note:
please present notarized Chinese or English version if the above materials are
neither in Chinese nor in English.
(4) Language
Proficiency Certificate
Provide
a letter to show that English is the learning language during study period, or
copy of the official IELTS certificate TOFEL certificate.
(5) Research proposal
Briefly
introduce your background, interest, career objective, research areas, and
research plan (min. 800 words).
(6) 2 recommendation
letters
Submit
two recommendation letters signed by an associate professor or professor.
(7) List of
publications
(8) Photocopy of
Foreigner Physical Examination Form
Medical
examination results must be valid for 6 months. The medical examination must
cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
Incomplete records or thosewithout the signature of the attending physician,
the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are
invalid.
Note: Applicants who fail to present all the above
materials will not be admitted.
