Areas of cooperation:

    - To encourage, and use their best endeavors to effect, visits from one party to the other by members of the academic and research staff for the purpose of participating in joints teaching, joint training, joint research, joint conference and joint cultural programs.
    - To allow participation from one party to the other of qualified students to enroll in graduate research and training.
    - To encourage the exchange of scientific materials, publications and information.
    - To prepare, as necessary, a working program detailing specific forms and contents of cooperation.
