China  Institute  of  Water Resources  and  Hydropower  Research  (IWHR)  and  Fraunhofer  Application  Center  for System  Technology  (Fraunhofer  IOSB-AST)  have  reached  consensus  regarding  the signing of memorandum on the China-Germany Joint Project "Small Hydropower Plants: Assessment of Climate Protection Potential and Improvement by Smart Technologies (HAPPI Project)".
