Under IWHR’s strategic goal of becoming a world-class research institute of water resources and hydropower, on September 23, an IWHR delegation led by President Dr. KUANG Shangfu visited Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) where both parties signed an MOU and discussed future cooperation and exchanges. Dr. Liu Chak Wan, Chairman of MUST University Council, Dr. Joseph H.W. Lee, President of MUST and President of IAHR (International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research), and several other delegates of MUST greeted the IWHR delegation. Representatives from the Department of International Cooperation, Science and Technology of the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of China were also present at the meeting.
The two sides discussing future cooperation
