Objective

This linkage is developed based upon the institutions' commonality of interests and their belief that a linkage between them would strengthen their joint and individual capacities. The objectives of this linkage are to develop long-term cooperative activities.

Areas of cooperation

The activities may include, but are not limited to, 1) sharing knowledge, 2) developing collaborative research and education programs, 3) developing exchange and professional programs for students, staff and faculty, 4) conducting seminars and workshops, 5) cultural exchange through mutual assistance in the areas of education and research, 6) sharing new technologies and new methods of management through extension and other programs, and 7) seeking funding opportunities for joint activities which provide mutual benefit to each institution's teach, research and outreach programs.
