Abstract
This Paper gives an introduction of China Water Function Divisions, analyses the features of pollution sources, and water quality status of water function divisions. According to Water environment carry capacity theory, the spatial distribution characters of carry status of water function divisions are studied, and the cause of deteriorate of water quality is discussed.
