Y. Jeffrey Yang, PH.D., P.E., D.WRE.,美国国家环保局(EPA)国家环危管理研究院环境专家,美国注册工程师。1982年在中国地质大学获学士学位;1985年在中国科学院地质所地球化学专业获得硕士学位;1992年在美国迈阿密大学获得博士学位。研究方向为水资源管理、饮水安全、废水处理,以及地下水和暴雨等。他最近的研究方向为全球气候变化下的水资源整体适应策略。近几年,在美国承担了大量有关水资源整体适应策略、废水利用、饮用水消毒残留物等方面的研究课题和工程。
Dr.Yang在国际上较为活跃,现为国际水协会,美国工程师协会,美国地下水协会等多个协会会员。Water Research, J. Env. Engng., Water Res. Research, Ground Water, Env. Monitoring & Assessment.等多家国际期刊的审稿人。
