Tesing Plots for Water Conservancy Techiques
The testing plot is essentially responsible for experiments and studies of water conservancy technique problems concerning water-saving irrigation, amelioration of low-yielding agricultural lands by means of surface and subsurface drainage as well as the rational use of water resources.

The following testing programs are being carried out: The water measuring structures of canal systems, canal seepage control, subsurface drainage, the development and utilization of groundwater, sprinkler and drip irrigation, low-pressure water conveying pipelines, optimal allocation of irrigation water, and the management of irrigation systems.

1.The movable drip irrigation system using microtube emitter in peanut field.
2.Double layered rubber dam designed and installed by the Department is under water filling test.
3.The ditching and pipe-laying machine is under operation in the experimental drainage area. 
4. Performance test of the vertical arm shaking springkler in test field.
